Another picture I like a lot

Catching the smallest bird in Europe catching a bug... this was so freaking hard

Picture done in my city, Paris, but the picture is not part of the "urban wildlife" project.

Thanks a lot for your message.

I think that with the datas, you can guess what lens I used : it was the 300 2.8 L IS (the MkI version). It is a light lens and the most important : the autofocus is really fast. I think that the best lens for that situation was the 300 f4 (lighter, closer mini focus lenght and faster autofocus)

No... it is a firecrest (another specie... very close to the goldcrest). You seam to speack french well

Here, we name the goldcrest "roitelet huppé" and the firecrest "roitelet à triple-bandeau"
