Another amazing picture. You captured the beauty of this little bird so well. Do you know what kind of bird this is ? Do you use a large tele lens ?

Hi
Thank you very much ;-)
This bird is a common firecrest (roitelet à triple bandeau en français), it is the smallest bird in Europe (with his little brother the goldcrest). This bird is so amazing : he is able to migrate on thousands of kilometres !!!
Yes, I used a téléphotolens : a 300mm, but the bird is too small and the 2.5m closest focus was not enough sometimes.

Then I was close. My first thought was a goldcrest, but it had too much yellow to be one. We had one in our yard last year. Very cute little bird. But didn't had a camera then.:Pity:

This bird is not as common as the goldcrest for sure, and you have to be careful to distinguish them.
Of course, it is always at the best moment that we don't have our camera :D

Hi
Thank you so much for your answer... yes, it was quite hard to make some pictures of this bird because he is so fast.
I have 4 images like this one... so this bird stayed in that position for at least half a second :D

Wow, I have seen some of the other images. They are perfect, considering it is such a small quick bird! How short was the exposure to get it so clear?

Hi.
Thank you VERY VERY much. Photography is an easy art : it is mostly translate what an eye see into a picture... drawings need more : a good imagination !

Yes, a very small bird :D And the exposure was quite quick : 1/1600 of a second :D Sometimes, I was faster and the bird was still blurred.

No problem, and don't say that! Photography is very difficult in many ways, and I think much more so in nature photography, like you do. I think, you would need to be very, very patient, haha.

That's amazing. These photos are so clear, too, it is so impressive.
